Winged Horse

I forgot to mention the winged horse. He came during a meditation as well. I saw a vision of a crystal floating in the stars. Suddenly an image burst through it, seeming to come from inside the crystal and as the crystal shattered a beautiful white horse with wings flew out of it. I was speechless. He has come a second time.

I get assistance from the plant kingdom as well and from Anemone, a guardian of the dolphins.
